PURPOSE STATEMENT

Generally, to strengthen, improve and promote the welfare and best interests of the milk hauling industry and to do any and all things necessary and proper for the accomplishment of the foregoing objectives or other proper and lawful purposes of the federation.

The International Milk Haulers Association has approximately 360 members throughout Canada and the United States that includes State/Province associations, allied members, and individual haulers. The IMHA has memberships with International Dairy Foods Association (IDFA), the Dairy Practices Council (DPC), and the National Milk Producers Federation (NMPF) to better represent haulers on a national level. The association also has partnerships with the Ag and Food Transporters
Conference of ATA and the National Tank Truck Carriers Association (NTTC).

The IMHA has representation at the National Conference on Interstate Milk Shipments Conference held every other year for the U.S. Food and Drug Administration in that we hold a voting seat on the Hauling Procedures Committee, positioning the hauler’s representation on a national level.
